Most obedience commands are used to get your dog under control and behave. However, rolling over is just for fun. This is advanced training so your dog must reliably obey sit, stay and lie down. While your dog is lying down, get down to his level with him and hold a treat in front of his nose. Move it in the direction you want him to roll so he drops his shoulder and start turning on his side. Say your dog’s name and the ROLL OVER command. Move the treat even further so your dog goes over onto his back. And then he will need to end up onto his other side. When your dog rolls over, give him the treat and enthusiastic praise.
